Due days 29–31 fall on the last day of shorter months.
Spending allowances
Counted from your start date: weekly and every-2-weeks amounts repeat from that day; monthly amounts land on the same day each month.
Moved aside on each payday, from each income.

How the planner works
The plan runs from your start date up to, but not including, the same date one to six months later. Each bill appears once per month on its due day; days 29–31 move to the last day of shorter months. All math is done in whole cents.
On a day with several items, pay is counted first, then savings, then bills, then spending. Weekly and every-2-weeks spending repeats from your start date; monthly spending lands on that same day each month.
Dates are used exactly as entered. The planner does not move pay or bills for weekends or bank holidays — in real life a payday on a Saturday or holiday often arrives a day or two earlier, and bills may post later, so check any tight days against your own bank's rules. Twice-monthly days 30 and 31 both fall on the last day of February, so both paychecks are counted that day.
Results are estimates from your own numbers — not a bank balance and not a promise that any amount is safe to spend.
